In loving memory of my brother Bill
It is said that when your parents die, you lose your past; when your spouse dies, you lose your present; and when your child dies, you lose your future. However, when your sibling dies, you lose your past, your present, and your future. After all, the relationship between siblings is potentially the longest of our lives.
Thankfully, there are no right stages of grief; and although your special soul left this earth twenty-six years ago today, Bill, I feel your loss as real to-day as on that bitterly cold day.
Your loving sister, Chris

My heart goes out to you Chrissie, as I know how hard it is to lose a sibling. What a lovely photo of your family, I'm glad you shared it.
Thanks, hon, but Ben wants me to scan the pic again b/c it's crooked...
