Easter Dinner
The table was set for Ben, Matt and me to enjoy our Easter Dinner and enjoy we did. The only way it could have been better is for Christopher to have been with us. My menu was simple but yummy if I do say so myself:
Maple Dijon baked ham
Rosemary Garlic Buttered baby red Potatoes
with Minted Baby Carrots
Vanilla yogurt with or without maple syrup for dessert
Next year I promise to have time to make and serve an appetizer -- Curried Deviled Eggs.
