Every time Spring comes around, I get this feeling that I want a new pair of red shoes! That, and I want to break open the chalk and go outside and play hopscotch. Forget the skipping rope -- I never could get the hang of that double dutch!
Yeah, double dutch was very difficult! When you played hopscotch, did you link two bobby pins together to use as the thingy you threw on the consecutive squares?
Red shoes, now that's an idea!!!
And speaking of fashion, have you noticed all the white lace dresses this year. They remind me of the beautiful dress you wore I believe at your cousin Marilyn's wedding. Maybe it was a different occasion, but it was a gorgeous dress. You even let me borrow it one time.
This is such a great post; TU! No to the bobby pins -- you must have borrowed them from your mom who if she was like my mom, used them to set her hair in pincurls. I think you are the diva of shopping, so go for it grrrl! No, I hadn't but I'll look out for it; again, what a memory -- yes it was for Marl's wedding and I wish I still was your size and could lend you clothes again ;-) When I get organized, I'll blog a picture.
So did you get the red shoes yet? I remembered after my last posting that I did, in fact, purchase a pair of red shoes recently. Ray and I were shopping, and I spotted a fabulous pair of high heeled red sandals with ankle straps, very sexy. It was a couple of months ago, and I put them away for summer. Now I can't wait to wear them.

Ankle straps, they're so "in" for spring, so as you say, why wait?
