Soupe aux pois


Okay, I'm a French-Canadian; how come I have to look up Epicurious.com to find a recipe for Split yellow pea soup, aka Soupe aux pois. I mean my grandma must have made it long before my mom opened a tin of Habitant French pea soup. Oh well, let's hope it turns out well!

Actually, the Habitant pea soup in a can is pretty good....why not relax, open the can, heat it up and pretend it's home made!

Of course I did it the hard way, I made the recipe from scrath and Chris loved it.
