The Ultimate Margarita

It is time to carry on blogging our "Exotic Southern Caribbean Cruise". Before you continue reading, I suggest you pour yourself a cocktail -- The Ultimate Margarita --into a salt-rimmed glass of course!

No properly made margarita ever sees the inside of a blender. As we learned from Flavia our favorite barperson in Boleros, Deck 9 on our ship, a true Margarita is made from three ingredients: a silver (or blanco) Tequila (unaged for a crisp and lively flavour), Cointreau (a Triple Sec), and fresh squeezed Lime Juice -- three parts Tequila, 2 parts Cointreau, and 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice.
