A major dilemma
Okay, you know me! Always ready to go the extra mile -- literally! So, not content to enjoy only St. Martin, I am already thinking, do we have the time to take the taxi to the ferry port in Marigot (about 45 minutes depending on traffic)and then the ferry over to Anguilla? I mean, when will we ever have the opportunity of visiting Anguilla again? The reason I say that is that I remember one of the highlights of my visit to Antigua(pronounced Anteega, not Antigwaw)in the '70's, was when Jim, Pete & Joanne and I took a charter flight to Barbuda, a Robinson Crusoe-type island that, when you were on the beach, made you think you were alone in the world and that you must have died and gone to heaven.
But then, on the other hand, I well remember when, in about 1986 or so, when Maria and I took a Panama cruise from Montego Bay, Jamaica, there we were on a remote island of which I forget the name, so totally immersed in visiting a rustic Indian village that we arrived back at the dock, only to find that our cruise ship had already left for the nearby island for the bbq. Thankfully we were able to enlist a local fishermen to take us over to the island to catch up with our other cruisers and our ship or else we would have been stranded on this island for one week until the next cruise ship passed by! Oy vey!!

Whatever you do, don't miss the boat!!!! Of course, I'm sure that Ben will make sure of that. Have fun whatever you do.
