Gee, Gooch! Re your pic below 2005-10-10-044.jpg taken 8.27.05: in my mind, the white light is definitely Carolyn! Remember how our tour guide, Melissa, told us that she hadn't seen this view of the Face on the Mountain in weeks because of the inclement weather. Duh... of course, not, it took us, and Carolyn, to show up so that the view could be seen. And, don't you think it a little peculiar Cath, that of the four of us, I think -- please correct me if I am wrong --you are the only to take this picture and Carolyn appears as the while light. Is there a message for you here? Only you know.

Sorry, Cath, I had not scrolled up far enough and I see that you agree with me that it could be Carolyn.
I agree that Carolyn was with us the whole trip, and is with us at other times too. I woke up this morning thinking of Carolyn, and felt kind of melancholy. But then I shook it off, and got on with my day. A little while after breakfast, I began thinking of her again. I was listening to the radio and they were talking about Christmas, which reminded me of the time I went to Halifax to be with Carolyn for Christmas. I never knew how much that meant to her until she wrote that lovely note to include in the tribute book Cathy made for my 50th birthday. I thought of Carolyn again as I was cleaning the kitchen, remembering what a fanatic she was about cleanliness. Just as I was chuckling about that I happened to look at the calendar, and realized today is the 13th!! No wonder she's been on my mind all day.
Care to post that lovely note Carolyn wrote in Cathy's tribute book for your 50th birthday? I'd love to read it again.
